Yep, saw that Penn State pick coming. Nothing I could do about it. I was actually banking on being able to pick up Ohio State and Michigan on the turn but I was surprised to see both taken in the first round on the SEC board.

Yeah, we are homers, but we ain't dumb 04-cheers You did pretty well on your turn. I have a love/hate with the last pick of snake drafts. The first turn is great, but waiting so long for the next one is brutal!

The SEC guys going with Northern programs and the resident B1G guy starting off with two SEC programs. Oh yeah, this is gonna be good.

Interested in seeing which direction Medic goes in.

Avoid confrontation unless necessary. Well Alabama does that. Know your enemy. They scout well. Pick the place that you will fight and take the favorable ground. They like home games. Strike the heart. Big leads take you out of the game. Come to think of it He1nous they already follow The Art of War.

Yes, but we are now talking about an Alabama that won't be in a conference with Florida and LSU.

Thanks, but I wouldn't be a good choice to take your place JR. If I'm forming a conference, I'd probably just concentrate on on schools that are good in football and baseball and leave out schools that are basketball first.

Actually it's about football but with qualifications that will all be judged at the end of the season. Academic standing, Academic fit, Profitability, on field performance and average attendance. We are trying to do this the way a conference commissioner would. Since I picked third my strategy was based on which first pick would be mine. Then I build from there. If I had gone first and taken Texas (most profitable, good academics, AAU, average on field performance, great attendance then the grouping I would shoot for would be quite different). If you want to take my place it would relieve me of some time and I'll tell you my real strategy just fyi in a PM and you can go from there and make it yours. Just let me know. JR

Thanks again for thinking of me, but unfortunately I won't have time either. Will be interested to see the results though.

Round 2

H1 - LSU
BBB - Penn State
