Va Tech football would be right at home in the SEC. I remember watching a night game at VT against Miami a couple of years ago, VT was making a comeback in the 4th quarter and the crowd was getting noisy, and it looked like the entire stadium was shaking from fans stomping.

We only have 10 teams to begin with, so we can't afford to drop one. .

So I'll do a different take and add 2: Missouri and Louisville. Heck, since the B1G, SEC, and ACC have 14, I'll be greedy and ask for 2 more: Florida State and Georgia Tech.

They seem pretty content to stay in the ACC but all they ever have to do is pick up the phone!

I'd add Maryland back just to make everything contiguous again. But since Louisville is the newbie, I think I'll just shut the hell up and be happy.

Drop one, add one. Tell which school you would drop from your favorite conference and which team you would add in its place. Don't worry about contracts, GoRs... none of that. Just your opinion in a perfect world where everyone is available. The only rule is that the add school must be in a contiguous state to an existing school or at least make geographical sense (Hawaii to the PAC, for example). Oh, and keep it reasonable (i.e. no USC to the MWC).

As much as I'd like to be on that level, App State and ECU will never be looked at as equals in UNC's eyes.

Yes I think ECU and ASU are above Chapel Hill. Neither has an inflated opinion of itself.
