Pittsburgh in the Jimmy V Classic
Pittsburgh will play Cincinnati in the first game of the Jimmy V Classic on December 17 at MSG.
Happy to see we are playing a former BE foe especially at MSG. Both schools have struggled to get marquee OOC opponents in recent years. A win-win for all.

Good to see, I hope Pitt schedules several former Big East teams.

Time to get the old band back together. Cincy belongs in the ACC. Good travel partner for UofL and Bearcats a solid addition for both football and basketball.

Why does Louisville need a travel partner?

I have no clue, Cincinnati fans have become delusional in the past few months. Maybe the better word is desperate.

If I were them, I would be too. To go from where they were to now....excruciating.

LOL, yes we are becoming crazy! Not Delusional! We got LEFT OUT! Compare our success in Football and Basketball the last five years to most anyone in the ACC. We would compare nicely to everyone in the conference an actually almost anyone in any BCS Conference. Top 25 in BOTH SPORTS!
All we want is to be with our geographic rivals that we fit so well with UL, PITT, Syracuse,
VA Tech etc...We have proved our worth! Now add 1 billion dollar endowment, top 25 most beautiful campus in the world, Top 28 TV market, 42k plus students, Great research institution, 70 million stadium upgrade, and access to PBS anytime we want! Yes, we think we belong with you all! Please!!!! Be patient and understanding with us as we hopefully wait our turn!

Just keep on working on renovating your current or building a new basketball arena and expanding and filling Nippert Stadium and your time will come, Cincy. I sincerely believe that.
If the ACC had one opening to fill and we could take one AAC team, Cincinnati would probably be my first choice. Surprisingly, UCF may be my No. 2 choice. I really like what they've got going on down in Orlando.

We are working on both facilities. The football needs the 70 million dollar upgrade. The Basketball is really not bad at 13,176 with 16 luxury boxes and a ful service restaurant one one level and a sports bar and executive meeting room on the level above. Yes we can improve some site lines and add more boxes but the Shoe is really not in that bad of shape. it was built in 1989.

I agree with this. Cincy should be the next choice for the ACC. I think UCONN will be in the B1G.
I also hope Pitt plays Cincy in BB every year.
