Talk to me in Feb. This is about as relevant as a football ranking in April.

With a future bowl in mind, I wonder how that stacks up against the MWC?

TU also has a former 4-star JUCO transfer at QB and 4-start LSU transfer on the D line. When you can recruit in the middle of the AAC pack with our record, imagine what CJ can do with a new stadium and a bowl victory. You better watch out for TU FBall friends, change is in the air and we will no longer be a joke. You may see a surprising monster year in 2013 with our huge increase in local talent and easy schedule.

As a comparison MWC's top four ... Boise at 49, Fresno 67, San Diego 74, and Hawaii 76.

Everyone knows that star rankings are adjusted based on where recruits commit. 03-razz

i'll agree to write Temple in reference to TU if you agree to write Tulane in reference to TU... 04-cheers

Ok so it is more valuable. I don't see more than 1 or 2 freshman starting for UCF or in the 2 deep.

Back in my playing days (60's) we had Freshman (and I guess redshirts) teams as the 1st year kids couldn't play Varsity. We played the day before the Varsity teams did. Might be kinda fun to see who would win the Freshman Championship.

Good. If this is typical and really reflects on the field play (yes, I know) it really looks like it's going to be Boise and whomever wins the AAC for that spot in the 6th BCS Access Bowl. Important. I REALLY hope that the AAC can find a way to play the MWC (and not CUSA) in some of the lower bowls on our 'to be' list.

It's still a bit early, but we've got to do better than that. I think I vaguely remember hearing the NCAA contemplating a greater reduction of overall scholarship limits which will have a great trickle down impact.

Yeah, I remember freshmen/jv teams.

That seems like a lifetime ago, doesn't it?

A reduction in scholarships would greatly BENEFIT all AAC teams.
