That design reaches that goal wo putting in "sky suites" (nickel seats we used to say) several stories away from the field of action or that infamous upper deck. Those seating areas at a huge venue with an upper level deck are so far from the action it makes viewing a game almost impossible. And the good part is that there is so much premium seating that provides a huge amount of revenue.

The new numbers (not including city owned stadiums) would be:

ECU--------50,000
UCF--------45,000
UCONN-----40,000
Tulsa-------37,000
Cincy-------35,000
Navy-------35,000
Houston----32,000 (going to 40,000 when venue is complete)
SMU--------32,000
Tulane------30,000

Sorry, left out Cincy. Fixed

RE: Size Matters
According to my understanding of this years tix sales, the club seats and platinum seats are sold out. So this proves to me that there is and in the future will be a demand for more premium seating, thus a reason to go to the next phase of Chapman expansion (after the IPF) as soon as stadium funding can be had. My time frame is reasonable if we keep winning and go bowling. IMO
