I was thinking along these lines. C-Bass was in the student section for 6 years. Pav filled up the student section.

LoL that guy is names C-Bass... he's been a regular (in that attire) in the student section at ECU basketball games for like 6 years. He actually gets people pretty fired up. But yes, he looks ridiculous.
