RE: Week 1 Open Thread
We need to put together another good offensive drive. We can't leave the D out there all night or we are gonna get killed.

We do that in a sarcastic manner when we beat SEC teams. We started that back in the early 90's when the dirt peckers joined the SEC and started with the "SEC this, SEC that." It's the only time you will hear it. If we had out way we wouldn't have the ACC logo on our field and uniforms.

Kind of feel the same way. Ohio State never had Big Ten on the field/court until a few years ago. It doesn't bother me much in basketball (as it's very subdued), but feels out of place on the football field. Also, since we already have Big Ten on the helmets, why on the uniforms too? It just makes them feel too busy.

I just remembered while Savage keeps transferring. He's Mr INT. He would be very effective if he could cut down on the int.

FSU's new QB reminds me of Teddy Bridgewater with his accuracy and movement in the pocket. FSU also has very good receivers. Pitts receivers arent bad either.

We are pretty outclassed here. I think the team will grow into a bowl team, but too much inexperience to hang with FSU.

Well Pitt has been outclassed but I'm glad the fans showed up and that the team was competitive for over a quarter.
