OT Ramar Smith
Just an fyi,...apparently Ramar neglected to send his LOI with a legal guardian signing the papers. Bruce got his LOI, but Ramar's mother had not signed the LOI
Which means it is not binding

That happened on Wednesday, yesterday they re-faxed the papers with the mother's signature...
