with texas obviously in turmoil and oklahoma state facing a scandal im noticing a lot of talk on blogs/forums that maybe now would be a good time for the b10/pac12 to take another shot at ou/ut

Nah, Tex and OU to the ACC book it. They'll be in a 4 team division with 2 North Carolina schools too.

OSU won't get the death penalty. If MiamiFL, UNC, and Ped State are still playing, OSU has no worries. They system is a sham and it really does pay to cheat. Sorry, but it's true.
