After my second night in a bar in a hotel where a librarian convention is going on I can tell you a few things liberals don't like:


1. Baseball. Last night the bartender had to field complaints about the wildcard game being on the TV.
2. Football. Tonight the bartender had to field complaints about the Green Bay/Minnesota game being on TV.
3. Beer. But the bar made a killing on red wine.
4. SUVs. Lots of Hondas and Toyotas in the garage. I was about to be impressed with a librarian but when I met the dude driving the Delorean it turns out he was here on business.

4 espresso shots, steamed milk, and chai

Soft hands and manicures. (liberal men)
Liberal women are into rough hands and buzzcuts.

Aussie Rules isn't so much manly as it is insane.

I've been willing to try pretty much any sport, but that is one I WILL not play.

Soccer is a helluva lot harder than people who don't play it think it is, and so is tennis.

add golf to that list also.

How the **** is hockey liberal? Broken teeth, smokeless tobacco use, fights during play, etc. I dont want southerners judging hockey as liberal or at all because you just dont understand the sport like us used to ice on the roads for 4/5 months of the year. Stereotyping isnt cool either, not all liberals are the same, i know A LOT that hate soccer and love violent sports like MMA, Football, etc.

Also the upper midwest is not liberal, outside of Chicago and Detroit metro it's pretty damn conservative or at least moderate.
