Yes.

This crowd is just bad. I am sorry but if Rice hosts the CUSA-C game it is going to look bad for the conference on TV. I like Rice and am very happy for what they are accomplishing but they just do not put people in the stands. I can hear individuals yelling as if I was sitting beside them. If we host I can guarantee there will be 30k at least in attendance.
