That would pretty much guarantee a Republican victory, unless they manage to nominate an even bigger clown, and I wouldn't put it past them.

Not if the Republicans run another Romney or McCain.

Based on Barry Soerto staying in office, I expected this announcement to be about Arnold Swartzenager.

If the country were to elect Brown over Romney then we are truly stupid deserve everything that happens to us.

As if Romney is some kind of horrible leader. Compare and contrast his achievements to the clown we have in the White House now.

"Better than Obama" isn't setting the bar very high.

Is it wrong that I secretly hope he tries that?

Someone will run on the Democratic side against Hillary, and that's a good thing for Hillary. No strong candidate will run against her, so she'll get an opportunity to get her operation refined and get any potentially damaging issues contained before the GOP nominee gets a crack at her. The Democratic primary looks to be pretty boring, but the GOP primary is going to be highly entertaining once again due to the fractured nature of the party.

What about Romney makes him such a horrible leader? I bet you can't even make a convincing argument as to why he would have been equally as bad.

One thing this country can do to improve it's pool of eligible leaders is to break the trend of electing Senators by electing Governors. They have executive experience and are more removed from Washington.

It's another example of how stupid we are. And sadly, I don't see anything that indicates the so called moderates are any smarter.

RE: Oh Happy Day!....Californian to run for President
I don't think the GOP will be quite as fractured this time. Either Cruz or Paul will run, which will completely shut out the Newts, Santorums, Huckabees and Gingriches this time. It will be Cruz or Paul against either Bush or Christie. Rubio could get in there as well, but if Cruz or Paul run, they'll get the conservative vote. The problem the last 2 times is there was nobody to rally behind.

I'll as this until I get a decent answer.

What the hell is in that woman's background to suggest to you president material?

Um, he failed convince a majority of the electorate that he was better than the other guy?

One more thing: I didn't say he'd be horrible. What I said was that being better than Obama doesn't necessarily make someone a good leader.

Yeah, you don't want to run another person who has a good shot at winning. You want run someone like Ted Cruz or another tea bagger type. 04-rock

This guy signed a law mandating public schools have separate bathrooms for kindergartners who are gender confused. As you can see, he focuses on the those important problems that the country wants resolved RIGHT NOW!
