this is what we wanted when bobby p was hired. when he named brohm as his oc we all hoped he would possibly be a good transition for us when the inevitble happened.

i hear good things around the community about him. supposedly the players really like him. i think he has a chance to keep a large majority of the commitments.

could you elaborate a little bit. it's not often on a message board that you can get an actual insider's perspective.

did he seem knowledgeable on the total program and not just the area of expertise he coached in?

i understand the players here really liked him and hated petrino. neither one is necessary to win games. i've worked for both type bosses in my lifetime and prefer the ones that aren't tyrants but i've seen success out of both types of leaders.

did you see him some day as a head coach? or a lifetime oc type?

just curious. we're happy from what we've seen out of him but i'd still like to hear from someone that's been around him closely.

He was very knowledgable. Definitely a head coach type guy he knew his stuff both X's and O's and how to motivate the players. He commands respect but is approachable as a person. everyone on the team really liked him.

Overall I think y'all will have a lot of success with him as coach.

He is getting glowing responses from a lot of big time names today, Steve Young, Trent Dilfer, Jay Gruden, Howard Schenlenberger, etc....ALso just reading Twitter, players current and past seemed to be thrilled he has gotten this opportunity...

HIs contract is for 600k with bonuses built in and a 1.5 million dollar buyout that decreases by 300k after March 1st 2015 each year...Where would this contract rank among CUSA schools?
