I'd like to be proven wrong, but I'm pretty sure ODU/Norfolk can't host both the Men's and Women's at the same time logistically. We don't have a second court and Norfolk's downtown arena is booked with the MEAC.

ODU is trying to host in 2015 from what I understand. All options are on the table.

What capacity is needed for the women's tournament for the opening two rounds? IF the ODU women made it to the semis and finals they could possibly sellout the 8'474 seat Ted Constant Center during the women's session.

UAB is in the center of the footprint, so I hope they put in a bid. Still a long haul for UTEP and ODU/Marshall, but generally it would mean less travel money spent.

In the case of CUSA and the AAC, both conferences went "safe" and picked schools/facilities that have hosted before and have good fan bases...with realignment it was the best way to go.

I know Memphis (FedExForum) Cincy (US Bank Arena), Hartford (XL Center), Orlando (Amway Arena) plan to bid for 2014-2015 AAC tourney.
