Being from Ohio I checked out the three voters listed; Kirk Herbstreit is obviously not a fan of the BE and a big fan of the B10 (Michigan #2):

Kirk Herbstreit is an idiot. He and Lee Corso are a well matched pair. An ineffective coach for a lousy football school paired with one who couldn't make it in sports, and both migrated to broadcast journalism.

Honestly going by the schedules played I'm not sure I can deny his top 2. No offense to WVU or UL fans, but Michigan and Ohio State have played better competition thus far.

He's just pissed because the guy didn't vote Georgia Tech in the top five so obviously he's a crock.

Worst ballet ever was Arkansas coachHouston Nutt not voting WVU in his final coaches Top 25 last season. When asked, he had an aide say it was an oversight a day later.

At minimum 8 of his 25 are awful.

West Virginia got most of their love in California, which surprised me. Of the 4 voters in California, 2 voted WVU #1 (Riverside & LA), one (SF) #2, and the other (San Jose - do you know the way?) voted them #9.

As far as georgia_tech_swagger's comments go. Who does Georgia Tech play? Outside of their first game, which they lost, their toughest games come against ACC competition. That's like playing in CUSA teams these days.

In reality, I think Georgia Tech or Clemson will win the ACC. Personally, I think Clemson will take it. I think they have too much for anyone else in that conference to beat them now.
