Just did a required analysis of several different cases and reports on this subject a few days ago. I think our professor wanted us to write "it's Bush's fault." Can't be too sure though. Some pretty bad allegations.

Despite the odds, every once in awhile, even Obama does something right.

The terrorist tried to starve himself to death and the procedure to save him was painful, so what? The procedure surrounding my open heart surgery that saved me (splitting open my chest) hurt like a *****. Do I have a case? F 'em, let him starve next time.
