@ Texas A&M (hopefully won't be 110*F this year)

Last year at aTm we got really lucky. We were about three sections over from the Rice visitor section. But we were in the back under the overhang. We were in shade until the middle of the fourth quarter. Still hot as hell.

I was down in the endzone section among all the ags, baking on the concrete... but watching Charles Ross repeatedly truck half of the A&M defense for TDs coming into that endzone made it easily worth it.

Alabama and FIU.
If FAU makes a bowl in the Southeast, the Boca Bowl and the Marlins Stadium Bowl. Might make it to a Miami game on a Thursday or Friday night.

I'm expecting a solid away turnout from WKU. ODU would also have a good turnout, but with the game following on Thanksgiving, who knows what will happen. Hope you all enjoy your stay if you come to Boca!

Looking really hard at going to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge with the family and stopping halfway back for the UAB game. Barring a tropical storm, we will make the USM game. Hate, hate, hate that Tulane hauled butt . . . I was really looking forward to making games in New Orleans every other year.

USM for sure. UNT was highly likely until moved to a Thursday night; would have to take two days off and not easy to do in September.

I'll go to Miami-lite, Akron and ODU. That will leave me just missing UAB, FIU and USM.

Definitely back to my home town for the Notre Dame game. Maybe a trip to Biloxi and the Southern Miss game.

NC State is a definite. Many customers are NCState grads, as they produce numerous Pulp and Paper Engineers.

Thinking about hitting the UTEP game with Mama Smitty.....really liked UTEP fans during basketball season, and some Tex-Mex cooking could be fun this fall.

No doubt! It's just difficult to go to a game on a Saturday. I would like to go to the FAMU game, but I'll be traveling to Tuscaloosa that weekend, or the Arkansas State game, but that's the same day as our home opener. If a game doesn't move to a weekday, then the only game I could/would be interested in making is the Cincy game. But considering it's a bye week for us, there will most likely be a university or Greek life event that day.

These three are pretty much locked (UTSA) -

@ Houston
@ Oklahoma State
@ Rice

In addition I'd like to do @ La Tech if I can join a bus or carpool on the cheap. I heard good things about La Tech's hospitality from our fans who went in 2012.

I'm going to make at least ten of our games as they're all in-state.

Definitely will not be going to Birmingham, but am considering the road trip to Bloomington, IN.

RE: What road games are you likely to make this fall following your team
Since my son began playing football a couple years ago, I've missed nearly every WKU football game in order to attend my son's games. He's in 6th grade this fall and it will be his last year in the youth league, which plays all it's games on Saturdays. By 2015, he'll be in 7th grade and I believe their games are played during the weekdays. I so look forward to buying WKU season tickets, tailgating, and going to road games again. I love WKU but as with most of us, my son comes first.
