Now looks like Underwood will not be hired by USM

May have jumped the gun with this post but my source is a very reliable one and I stand by what he told me.

We made the dude an offer, I have no doubt of that.

If SFA can do this to us, why can't we do this to Tennessee, UNC, or even Colorado State?

Maybe their basketball coach isn't the guy we need to poach.

He was offered and barring something unexpected he would have accepted. "Something unexpected" was USM getting outbid by SFA, and it happened. I've got no quarrel with TTT or any other fan at this point... if you still call yourself a USM fan even at this late stage of Eagle-damerung (Twilight of the Eagles), then as far as I'm concerned you're a friend.
