Looking for recommendations on the best bar to watch World Cup games.

Is the clear favorite the AO bar in Virginia Beach or are there other contenders?

I was going to suggest Shorebreak until I saw that you wrote AO bar, which I'm guessing means American Outlaws, which means you already know about it.

Belmont in Norfolk is marketing itself as a World Cup watching venue, and they do have a lot of good cue (in before massive butthurt fiesta about regional variations).

Tidewater hurts for good local sports bars. Most everything is chain, local chain (AJ Gators) or crap.
