I agree. The VT boards I go to are always complaining about not taking it to the next level. Are always talking about getting rid of Frank Beamer and this was when we were winning 10 or 11 games every year. The negativity was over whelming. But come to this board, especially the last 2 years, where Pitt, Cuse and Louisville fans are excited about joining the ACC and every thing is roses and rainbows causes this board to be much more positive and up lifting than your average VT board.

I don't want to leave out the ND fans but they're not as happy about joining a conference as Pitt, Cuse and Louisville.

Hmmmm, Did You work at Universal studios Orlando or WDW ? I was there around 15 -20 years ago and a worker there Spotted My Cardinal hat and Yelled "I Hate You Louisville Guys". I said You must be a Kentucky fan. He said "He'll No, I'M FSU and I hate everyone in the Metro Conference. Funny at that time We had already parted ways. Oh Well funny stuff.

Wilkie, I do appreciate everything your son has done for this country; however, other than that your act of throwing it in everyone's face you are in the ACC is getting old. Most don't care anymore and I know for a fact that most schools in The American are working to make it the best conference that they can. Just remember where Louisville came from not just now but 25 years ago.

25 years is a long time ago. Maybe if Memphis hadn't sit and done nothing, you might be in a P5 conference as well. I am so glad to be done with the AAC or whatever crap they want to call it. We are now in a league where we belong and fans can be excited again,

Can't say I did. Disney is a hell hole. Do not like that place at all. Universal/Islands of Adventure and Busch Gardens are much better, but f Busch Gardens for being owned ABInbev who tried to buy politicians this past session and destroy the Florida Craft/Micro Brewing scene.

I actual wanted the old Big East to add TCU, Memphis and East Carolina to get 12. However, when West Virginia and TCU bail to the B12 and Notre Dame, Pitt and Cuse headed to the ACC it was time to look out for Louisville. Memphis was mis-managed pure and simple, we passed you. I still like Memphis and Cincinnati but not enough to suffer with you. End of day Louisville has bills to pay and the AAC's compensation sucks!

At the end of the day Wilkie, please leave those AAC guys alone. I know you mean well and is a good hearted dude, but sometimes your tactics on those boards and never-ending realignment scenarios can be annoying. Welcome to the ACC and enjoy your night of drinking on the 30th into the 1st.

Wow....Wilkie you're getting some major Louisville Blow Back...just some advice that has already been said on this board...leave the AAC guys alone...we are in the ACC now and just wish our old league well going into their future and focus on Louisville and the ACC going forward...

They were not going to run me off that board until I decided to leave or 7/1/2014, which ever comes first!

OT, But the ACC logo has officially been installed on the field!
