It's going to take a while to get used to the new surroundings. Still, it's nice to know that the two schools will have votes on things that matter in the P5 circles for a change. :)

Colorado University & Shenandoah University?

Well, if the Western Division schools really want CU, that's OK, I guess, but the Hornets are Div3, so I'm against giving them an invite.

Welcome to the Terps & the Rutgers's, whatever it is they are called (my main introduction to Rutgers was the Macro prof in grad school who taught Keynesian economics ... note to self, maybe research this?)

I just googled SU University, and Shenandoah was the one that looked likely ... in reasonably good recruiting ground, growing area. But checking the Wikipedia machine, they are Div3, so I'd not invite them.

The google search also turned up Syracuse, in a low growth area in the wrong part of New York State, in the Northeast and therefore underperforming recruiting grounds, but obviously no further research was required to dismiss that as a possibility. Unless of course they were to rebalance FB and BBall so both gave an equivalent share of their media values to their participating conferences, and then the Syracuse's and UConn's of the world would come into the frame for consideration.

I'll admit I had to think about what programs were meant by CU and SU too. I guessed correctly though.
