I understand some of you want to take every thread I post in off-topic to discuss Ted Cruz, but I am not going to take the bait. Use this thread to discuss the Ted Cruz signature.

To each his own. It is kind of big, though.

One thing that makes a sports site fun to visit is the lack of any political statements. Your sig line is provocative and may lead others down the slippery slope of wanting to put progressively more and more political statements on what should be a relatively non controversial board.

Everyone knows you support the Mexican-Canadian Southern Baptist at this point. No one cares about that. It's annoyingly big and it causes people to turn off signatures when they otherwise wouldn't. You could send the same message through text without cluttering threads with images and without forcing others to alter their forum settings.

It's pretty easy to tell most posters political leanings just by comments they have made in threads with political underpinnings, such as the stadium thread. Those comments have the same effect on me as your sig.

I couldn't care less about the content but no one's signature should take up 65% of the viewable (height) space of a forum window (I measured)

If you're going to have a photo sig, couldn't you find one without a photo watermark? I find that almost as abhorrent as the size.
