The C-USA office responded to me this morning. The American Sports Network plans to live stream the games on their own website. If the ASN website is not operational in time, C-USA has offered to stream the games on the C-USA Digital Network while Sinclair works on ASN streaming capabilities.

Hopefully any blackout restrictions are not as severe as they were with the CSS broadcasts.

That is great news as Sinclair doesn't have an affiliate in SW Florida so I would have to drive 2 plus hours to either Tampa or W. Palm Beach to watch the games. Keep up the pressure!

Pretty bad ass that you can get an ODU game in Stuarts Draft .... I'm assuming you're pulling it over the air?

Yes. I live on a hill, have an antenna 40 ft. above ground, and can pick up the Richmond stations like they were broadcasting from my backyard. I can't wait to see what other Sinclair/ODU sporting events that they broadcast.

Good news from C-USA:

"Thanks for your interest in Conference USA and Old Dominion. The Sinclair games will definitely be streamed live for fans that are not in a Sinclair TV market. I do not know yet, however, where the first weekend’s games will air. Sinclair is working like crazy to launch a new ASN website and if not ready – then the games will be on the C-USA Digital Network. We will provide updated information next week on our website – once a final location for the stream is confirmed."

It's like monarch media but I think you get the away games too. Though I think it will be the Sinclair broadcasts and not the scoreboard feed. At least that's what I hope.

MattSarz updated the thread on the CUSA forum. AmericanSportNet.com will be the ASN website but it isn't ready. Likely the first week games will be on conferenceusa.com

No. If it is on TV in your area it is blacked out on the C-USA Digital Network.

I asked them question on twitter and now they've tweeted info and put it on Facebook.

So I sent an e-mail to WSET (ABC) in Lynchburg, VA which is a Sinclair station to see if they would be playing any C-USA games this fall. They said they would be playing some of the ASN games on RTV 13.2 this fall including the ODU game this Sat. but the rest of the schedule was still in progress. I had emphasized ODU games in my e-mail and he said ODU vs. UTEP on 10/11 and ODU vs. FAU on 11/29 were tentatively on the schedule.
