Unlike Memphis, Louisville officials aren't afraid that their mascot will frighten children (the little darlings). When a damned bird mascot looks like it can whip a Tiger mascot's ass, something is seriously out of whack. Ever since Pouncer was designed in the 80's (apparently by lah-de-dah sissy-boys and women), I have advocated the following modifications:

(1) a less cutesy face
(2) replace neon orange with vegas gold
(3) dark blue pullover shirt with large gray "M" on chest
(4) medium gray pants
(5) more athletic build
