I would expect UC will be announcing some bus/ticket packages. That will help a little and is what I would consider doing.

You got to factor in the time it takes to cross the border, the trip is definitely doable. Toronto is a great city to visit----in September. lmfao

Crossing the border shouldn't be that difficult. I don't know how it is in Detroit, but rarely does it take more than 10 minutes to get across here (but we have three bridges). Getting back will be more difficult if Detroit has the same kind of dickhead, cop-wannabe asshats working Customs that we have to deal with here. Driving in Toronto will also pose challenges. The last time I went up there it was a nightmare (though it was during the CNE). With the massive wave of Canadians converging on the SkyDome to watch this game, you might experience the same problem.
