Bowls
According to the last AP poll, 35 teams received votes. Here is how they match up in the bowl games (Cincy was included even though they received no votes).

TCU #25 vs. N. Illinois
Oregon vs. BYU #19
ECU vs. USF #32
Arizona St. vs. Hawaii #28
Florida St. vs. UCLA #35
California #20 vs. Texas A&M #21
Kansas St. vs. Rutgers #16
Purdue vs. Maryland #31
Missouri vs. Oregon St. #24
Houston #29 vs. South Carolina #34
Texas #18 vs. Iowa
Boston College #23 vs. Navy #33
Va. Tech #14 vs. Georgia #26
Ga. Tech #27 vs. WVU #13
Nebraska #22 vs. Auburn
Penn St. #30 vs. Tennessee #17
Arkansas #12 vs. Wisconsin #6
W. Michigan vs. Cincinnati
Michigan #3 vs. USC #8
Oklahoma #7 vs. Boise St. #9
Wake Forest #15 vs. The Ville #5
Notre Shame #11 vs. LSU #4
Ohio St. #1 vs. Florida #2

Looking at who plays who...If every Big East team wins their bowl, how much do you think they will rise in the polls?
Louisville should rise one spot to #4
WVU should rise 3 spots to #10
Rutgers should rise 3 spots to #13
South Florida should rise 8 spots to # 24
Cincy should receive votes
That looks good for BEast for starting out next year.

Hate to say it, but I don't think USF is in for THAT big a jump. A lot of the teams ahead of them play each other. Plus, they never seem to get respect in the polls.

Will they deserve top 25? Yes.

That's why I see a big jump because a lot of the teams play each other....somebody has to loose and open the opportunity for SF to move up.
