Penn State over Michigan? Come on! That is like saying Penn State over OSU or Penn State over Iowa. Not going to happen.

Penn State played Michigan for the first time in 1993. Since that first meeting, they have played a total of 10 times, the last time being in 2002. Michigan has won 7 of those games and lost 3 for a winning percentage of 70%.

1993 - Michigan Win 21-13
1994 - Penn State Win 24-31
1995 - Penn State Win 17-27
1996 - Penn State Win 17-29
1997 - Michigan Win 34-8 (11th National Championship)
1998 - Michigan Win 27-0
1999 - Michigan Win 31-27
2000 - Michigan Win 33-11
2001 - Michigan Win 20-0
2002 - Michigan Win 27-24

Given their performance over the last few years in the Big Ten, even if Penn State were on Michigan's schedule this year (and I sure wish they were -- in place of, oh, say Iowa or Minnesota), it is unlikely that the Nittany Lions would prevail.
