RE: 2015 Football Schedule
I'm not saying it won't happen, but nine wins is awfully ambitious. I think the offense will have to carry us this year. This should almost exclusively be Gill's team now, so let's hope his recruits can also be developed.

9 wins also seems ambitious. If Gill can keep the team focused with the momentum he created this year, there is a chance of 9 wins. I see the Charleston Southern game as a win for LU with the loss this year at home. Coastal will be a dogfight and is a toss up. One can expect they will be very strong next year.

Panama, as usual, you bring your hate LU demeanor attitude to our board. So I thought that I would bring some facts for your team. The below stats are from your school and here is the link: http://www.georgiastatesports.com/fls/12...#TEAM.TEM.

Your school claims to average 15,000 per game with many SBC fans questioning that number. Without commenting directly to your picture of MJ and what you were intending, I can't wait until we are FBS and kindly kick your team's ass which seems like we would have to get in line to do.

RE: 2015 Football Schedule
You don't have to wait for LU to be FBS for us to play Georgia State. We play them next season. In fact, I think we currently have more FBS wins than they do.

I know we play them in 2015. I'm more looking forward to playing them either as a SBC member or as another FBS conference member. Next year will be fun but they are such a poor team I don't expect them to competitive. This guy is a troll who just tries to stir up things.

I am well aware of his posting habits from reading the Sun Belt forum. I would say it would be such a shame to have Georgia State lose to FCS Liberty but they may be numb to losing to FCS programs at this point. Regardless, I take no win for granted, even ones that should be easy like Georgia State. And I would much rather play them as conference mates in the Sun Belt too. Just think of the good rivalry once Liberty and Georgia State are playing together!

Georgia State is like a boat without a rudder. Going in circles. The Atlanta market is overpowering the school's effort to establish itself. I don't take any wins for granted, especially FBS schools. At home, GState will be pumped and they certainly don't to lose another game to a FCS program, especially LU. When GState improves and finally wins some games, we can then look to build a rivarly. I would rather be in LU's position now that floundering like GState at present. 2014 GState was 1-11. No FBS wins.

Also, I just visited their board on the SBC. Dead. No new posts. No interest. That's why Panther trolls other boards to pick his battles. He has no one to play with.

But dude we could have quite the rivalry! Just think of our yearly football games. You can have a real rival instead of Georgia Southern who cares more about App State.

So Pan, your teams wins 1 game this year against a non-FBS team. You get creamed by App State that LU beat. You did not respond to the stats that I posted about the dreadful 2014 performance of your team, and you then say there is zero chance GState will lose to LU. Seems like you are trying to fabricate some interest in this game since there is ZERO interest in your team from your own fans and fellow SBC members. Look on the bright side, since we now have the Liberty board active, you have another place to light since the GState board has no postings. I know it must be frustrating.

I think it's safe to say that the App team that showed up weeks 1-6 was not the same App team that showed up weeks 10-14. Not even close. As for us, our defense sucked but our offense did not. We also had a lot of injuries. Still we had 4 losses by 10 points or less including 3 3 point losses. We also shut out Washington in the first half and Clemson in the second half. This offseason is devoted to fixing the offense in the same way that last offseason was about fixing the offense. Suffice it to say that for an FCS school to pencil in a win against us in 2015 is kind of crazy. SBC schools are not doing that.

I can't imagine our fan base ever getting up in arms about Liberty. Georgia Southern is a rivalry because we live around each other, went to HS together, work together and yet are two very different schools. FWIW I think you guys get in to the SBC in the next round of realignment. But I also think we are gone in the next round.

LOL! OK dude. You're cut off.

But dude we could have quite the rivalry! Just think of our yearly football games. You can have a real rival instead of Georgia Southern who cares more about App State.

And where do you anticipate GState is going after leaving the SBC? C-USA, AAC, ACC, SEC, MWC?
