Nice. Army is also an option which shows his priorities. I know nothing of the kid but he seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

Recruiting is a dirty buisness. I keep up with UK closely and I would be shocked if they accepted this kids verbal if he gave it to them. They've got a couple db's in this class already.

This would be a huge pickup and send a message that LU is a big player. It already speaks loud that we can be on his short list. He has 17 offers and if ibremember right we are the only fcs.

He's certainly got the prototype body and size. That's impressive that LU is in consideration. If LU was his choice that would be likely one of LU all-time signings.

Even if he doesn't pick us it helps for thousands of people to see liberty listed with those schools. I've seen slot of LU fans blowing up his twitter account. That's what fans from big time programs do.

It is great publicity simply for Liberty to be mentioned as a favorite for a top athlete like this. Kicks up the recruiting momentum. Others see the LU name and brand. Good for us regardless if we get him or not..... I hope we get him.

ArmyMike, you would have to root for a recruit who listed Army as a team he's considering, and when he includes LU in the mix, you'very gotta be on a real high.

What ever happened to Grant Jones from a few years ago? If I remember correctly he was at least a 3 star recruit, maybe even a 4.

I think he'll be a sr this coming year.

From reading different tweets it appears the Dalton kid is a good baseball player. The attraction to Liberty may be a chance to play football and baseball.

Old mo seems to still be churning with LU's FB success this year. It was just a matter of time before the upswing.

Dalton posted a picture of his 2 home visits last night on Twitter this morning. Gill and Harbaugh. Love it. Go get em Turner.

Don't get me wrong I really would like to land this kid, but Liberty has made their mark whether he comes or not. Hundreds of recruits and thousands of football fans have seen liberty mentioned with big time programs. You can buy that type of advertising.
