In JP’s latest monthly podcast, he did mention that Populous has been hired to create a facilities master plan. Here is a link to their site:

Thanks. Sound like we are spinning our wheels. I thought this was all decided before. Wow, that as almost completely inaccurate. But it shows how old perceptions die hard, and it will/would take a LOT of consecutive years of winning at a high level to even begin to change that perception (hint, 1 winning season or conference championship ain't gonna move the needle hardly any, and basically no one ('ceptin' the admin and AD) is impressed with Coach B's apparently self-fantasized 'unprecedented success' and 'rise to success' at 6-7 after 6 years.

I was surprised it let me make comments, and I tossed in a few corrections.
No tarps.
The playing surface is excellent.
The concourse restrooms are great.
They're entitled to their opinions on subjective things, but could they at least get their facts straight?
C'mon...

To add your list…
Sight lines are excellent. View of the game is the best I’ve seen.
Ample close parking.
R Room renovation.
Having said that, there is so much more that should be done.

I've never heard anyone say anything bad about the Patterson Center until this guy. He's way off on that one. It's a beautiful complex that closes in the stadium nicely.
He's right about the old tarps/endzone area that is without benches or seats. It's ugly and isn't utilized properly. All that needs to be torn up and turfed, badly, before a kid falls and busts his head wide open.
The sightlines are great, parking is ample, and neighborhood exceptional. Rice Stadium is mostly just a humongous eyesore. Do something about the upper deck and endzone, and the place will look a lot better.
