Mods should go back to their individual little boards and let the spin room get back to what it was. Damn place was just fine. Been on a fast downhill spiral since they went from posting to nuking.

Nothing worse than a poster sitting behind his keyboard wishing he could retaliate against others than someone who actually can.

I've been consistently on record as saying the mods have applied the same moderation standard to all posters.

I'm skeptical of course that this will convince many of those impacted by moderation. Some of those that have been moderated, like Dr. Torch, now offer lines of argument that have a lot in common with 911 conspiracy theory reasoning, where evidence against the conspiracy is always reframed as evidence for it.

The whole appeal of this moderator conspiracy theory to Dr. Torch and others is that they can always simply believe it's just more cover-up. You think a moderator statement like mine is going to be taken as truth by the victim brigade?

The problem with these moderation conspiracy theories reasonings is that it's essentially unfalsifiable, so once Dr. Torch has talked himself into one of these argumentative loops it's really hard to talk him back out. To many posters, both "sides," it's become belief driven and nothing will convince them otherwise. Oh well.

There is a clique of long term posters and readers here who delight in being oppressed by the "jackbooted thuggery of the moderators," but never seem to leave or bother to do anything about it, but sure do like to throw tantrums.

Things are so bad here, and people are moderated so strongly, that the "victim brigade" (hilarious) continues to come back here time after time even though they have their own site where they can talk completely unmoderated and without the jerk moderators here.

That is all you need to know... if things were so bad here they'd just move on and never come back. Instead they continue to show their as$es here.
