It's our first game we aren't favored in like 35 games, I think. You beat us there last time. We don't have an identity on offense, yet. We have a great defense, but aren't sure we can score. I think even up with you getting the three points for homefield advantage is probably pretty accurate to entice betters to pick both ways. And that's what the spread is for anyway. It really has nothing to do with which team will win.

I know I'll be happy if we come out of there with 1 point more than you have. But I'd like to see us be able to score consistently on the road against a mid CUSA opponent. Only calling you mid based on record. We've played ODU, North Texas, FAU, Charlotte, so mid is quite a step up for us so far.

I think the key is for our D to jump on you early and play keep away till we settle in on offense. That said, we've had some quick strike offense put up 30 points in a quarter and a half and then stall and let the D finish the game. Don't know what will happen TBH.

WKU fans pulling for Middle Tennessee against Marshall is one more step towards WKU-MTSU-Marshall becoming a pretty serious tri-rivarly, of sorts.

Let WKU have their fun for the year. They lose Doughty and tons of others, and likely their coach after this year. We'll see what their rebuild is like for 2016.

I'm pulling for Marshall, only because if they finish out and we finish out, it'll be a great game for the East Conference Title on Black Friday.

With that said, this is an interesting game for Marshall. If they lose, they face a FIU team next that played LT and MT well and could pull an upset at Marshall. Then WKU is up last and WKU might be able to drop the 3rd loss in a row on Marshall, which means Marshall could finish 3rd or 4th in the East. That'd be an incredible turn of events.

Nope. Marshall already has Ohio and ECU for rivals.

To be honest, I don't think we beat MT, just have a gut feeling. Lots at stake for the Raiders. I think FIU will give us a tough game but it will be our senior day, Nov. 14th, we'll pick up the win. I think our D can slow down WKU but I don't think there is any way our offense can keep up. WKU will win. Unless they give us 4-5 TO's like we gave them last year.

Not me I hope WKU destroys FAU and I hope we walk into the stadium in Bowling Green and we beat a 9-2 WKU team on their own field for the Eastern Conference title. I don't want anyone else in CUSA to beat those guys except for us.

MTSU is a W for us. 42-13 type of game. I feel a pick six coming tomorrow.

They also played -28 at FAU compared to MU-FAU. Don't know which is the real FIU...maybe somewhere in the middle.

We will win this game just like the other games everyone thought we would struggle with, FAU and USM. MTSUs best win is FIU, and now they are gonna beat us? Ok. Our defense won't allow them to score more than 20 and our offense while it is our weak link will still score 30. So I'll say 30-17 Herd.

Can't wait to see MT finally wipe the floor with the over-rated Marshall. It'll be so fun. Go BLUE!

College Gameday has a bit called BEAR's Corner. Did I just see bear pick MT over Marshall? And, does that have any BEARing on the Game? Could not resist! Seriously, time for MT to man up or shut up! MT will win 31-27.
