Rice has got a real swinging schedule. They get to roger the "Dons" tonight (not that there's anything wrong with that) and the come home to pound the "Beavers" on Thursday.

Awww, do you feel left out, MUther?
Okay, we condescend to you as well.
How 'bout you just try to win -- it would be a heckuva turnaround from your exhibition performance.

Maybe the SWAC is better than usual this season. Southern beat Mississippi State tonight and Mississippi Valley State has been playing Oklahoma State respectably.

I think so as well. Alabama A&M also won @Tulane. Hard to win many games when you play almost your whole OOC on the road. Good for them.
This ASU team is actually pretty legit to watch. One of the more talented ASU teams I've ever seen.

UAB was up by 5 with 1 minute to go, ASU brings it to 70-67
- UAB is inbounding, our player getting the ball gets absolutely clipped and no foul called so the ball just goes out of bounds and counts as a turnover.
- 20 seconds left, ASU goes for a 3 point shot and we foul him, they hit all free throws to tie the game 70-70
- 3 seconds left and an ASU players fouls one of ours randomly for no reason (guess he didnt know the score?). We shoot 2 free throws and the game is over.
UAB wins 72-70. What a cluster.

Beating Va Tech in basketball is no great measure. They have sucked for years, back to their glory days of Seth Doucheberg, where they sucked just a little less. However, ODU owned them then, and they have avoided us since; and if you recall, Va Tech missed many tourneys by not scheduling strong enough OOC........WKUYG, I am speaking to you, brother.
