Bombing the crap out of someone involves actually putting ordinance on target. Like the French did, with that ISIS oil depot that we've known about for years but did not attack for fear of civilian casualties. Bombiing the crap out of someone does not mean backing off unless there is zero chance of collateral damage.
Actually, the reason Obama hasn't bombed the oil depot is because of environmental concerns, per his former CIA Deputy Director. Obama's usage of drones (which have killed a large number of civilians) show that he isn't worried about collateral damage. At least not human collateral damage.

Most of those US Bombing videos show us hitting empty buildings since Obama started the runs. Under Bush, You actually saw Bad Guys run into the Buildings just before blowing up.. Not even close. GH Bush even had the Highway of Death where Thousands of Bad guys were lit up leaving Kuwait . But taking out some is better than none.
