Agree. Rice fans were complacent going into 2015 and thinking the fourth straight bowl game was a given. But by the end of the first quarter against Western Kentucky, it was obvious the 2015 defense was atrocious, and nothing was a gimmee for the rest of the year.

I think the bigger issue was player complacency. That being said, Bailiff, love him or hate him, isn't going to let the 2016 squad off of a one game at a time mentality.
