Really happy for college baseball to start up. Big baseball fan. Hoping for bigger things from this years Flames squad. We're sitting at 2-2 right know, but could easily be 4-0.

Classic Liberty. Hope we do well to further our prospects for going FBS. I'm not a big college baseball fan but I'll be cheering for Liberty as always.

We've got allot of young fr pitchers that have already pitched significant innings. They're likely to take some lumps early in the season.

We're having a great weekend at Coastal's tourney. We have taken two from Marshall and beat Duke 1-0 today. We wrap things up against Ohio State on Sunday. That would be a nice win for our resume if we can take care of business.

I really expected to be more competitive early on. Hoping for a sweep this weekend over directional Conn.

I think we've been very competitive. Most of our loses have been by one run. We need to get our pitching rotation down. We're scoring all it runs, but our pitchers are not helping us out.

Things are looking a little better now. We are 12-6 riding a five game winning streak. We absolutely abused Va. Tech in our last game 22-7. This weekend is a big series against Kent St. I think the games are available on ESPN3 and streaming audio online.

Wow, well this weekend stunk! Lost 3/4, although to a pretty decent Kent St. team. Hope we can do well in conference.

I was curious how the baseball team did this past weekend but was afraid to check. It seems we can't get over a hump.

Up to 16-10 and 3-0 in conference. That's not so bad.

It's solid. Not where I believe we should be based on prior results but it could be a lot worse. I don't think we are good enough to get an at-large bid if we don't win the conference though.

Yep, this week was aweful. 0-4 Not good.

The Winthrop series was just brutal.

I totally thought we were going to be better than a .500 team this year. I was hoping for a bid to the NCAA tournament. Wish we played as good as the new stadium looks.

Seems like we lose the close ones. The middle relievers and closer has been really bad this year. Very disappointing.
