New SW Interstate from Norfolk to Raleigh
This should make those trips to Charleston a bit faster. Also will help Hampton Roads develop. Anyone want to invest in real estate in Elizabeth City?

No thanks in investing in E City. I've been there. It would be quicker to get any place south from the 'burg.

Unless the roads go west from Williamsburg, it's going to have bad traffic. Maybe good for Norfolk, but potentially low impact on Williamsburg.
