Week 2

Week 2 is OPEN and I have compiled another competitive (and interesting) slate of games, including:

Louisville at Syracuse (FRIDAY)
Virginia Tech vs Tennessee
NC State at East Carolina
Middle Tennessee at Vanderbilt

I'd like to point out that I was the only one to pick Texas State last week. This week is much tougher.

I caught the end of that game (only because it was on the slate) -- that was as exciting an ending as the Texas/ND game.

Frank Solich has to be kicking himself after his QB fumbled the ball late in the 4th. Texas State, at the time, had no timeouts, and the "Fighting Everett Withers Bobcats" were staring straight at an L.

The irony -- Everett Withers contributed to the success of lumberpack4.

UPDATE -- I have bumped the "reputation" of the Week 1 winners and I will continue to do that throughout the season.

Withers has always been good for NC State.

Both overtime games went against me...typical.

I will be cheering on the Raiders at Vanderbilt. I have to admit, I'm a little hurt only 16% picked us to win. Sorry to say that you folks picking Vandy will be shaking your head and saying "Boy, Ole Blue was right!" when we slam dunk on them!!
