Those are requirements for running for President. Running for President as the Republican nominee has additional requirements.

The GOP must find a way to reach Hispanic voters in 2020 and beyond. Assuming Trump runs for re-election, the GOP needs a candidate like Marco Rubio in 2024.

Well then we should kick Trump off the ballot since he's a life long Democrat. And, of course, Reagan would never have been allowed to run. 2/3 of the Republicans in Georgia wouldn't be allowed (not necessarily a bad idea with them).

I think the only party hacks dumber than Priebus are the ones Hillary picked to run the DNC.

Not if he loses. In that case, anyone who distanced themselves from Trump will be in a prime spot to move up the Republican latter.
