5-1,2-0 in AAC is what counts

ECU played hard and seemed to get a lot of breaks with the penalties seemingly being one-sided most of the afternoon, since obvious holds and pull down by their OL for some reason were not called. They got away with murder in the trenches today...

With that said, USF seemed to be their own worst enemy most of the game and kept them in the game until late. I'm sure ECU fans would rather talk about the last 1:53 instead of the first 58 minutes of the game.

Whatever, that obvious pass interference that led to your pick killed us. Not to mention the "targeting" call earlier where we picked you off.

This is not to say I thought we were the better team on the field, but let's just say that those refs sucked period.

When USF didn't self-destruct with bad penalties we had the game under control for the first three-quarters. What should be encouraging for ECU fans is that your team never gave up.

The Pirates left quite a few points on the board as well. I can admit that you guys had the better team, I will not say you were head and shoulders better (based on what I saw). Congrats on the win and good luck the rest of the season. 04-cheers

ECU played hard until the end and can't believe all the ECU fans badmouthing Coach Mo...

Piss off with your patronizing bull. ECU didn't play worth a crap either. Shove it.

Your offense played well, but USF stopped itself on offense. Plus your OL got away lots of holding calls....

GTFOH. You won. No need to come up with excuses. You scored more points, ran it up and won. Try bring more classy than your coach.

ECU threw the ball 52 times...and had only one holding call despite seeing our DL being pulled down and literally held for most of the afternoon. Plus if we can't complain about the refs...neither can you.

You guys were about 1 more loss from firing Taggert. Mo has accomplished something that hasn't happened in 12 years, losing 4 in a row. What is there to say good about him at the moment?

I really don't know either... Maybe that... or maybe it's going back to them wanting in the Big East? It's hard to figure out.

I really don't think we've actually ever done anything to these guys... it's just football...

For me it's having your trashy ass students screaming expletives and flipping ECU fans the bird after every first down in Birmingham. That counts as "doing something."
So, a few fans in a 2006 bowl game were trash talking too hard so you think our players deserve injuries? No hint of irony there.

Anyways, for ECU fans who arent being douches right now, I like ECU and your fans as a whole and I wish you guys the best of the luck for the rest of the season. ECU is better than their record shows.

Wasn't trash talk it was assault lol. It wasn't a couple bad eggs, it was legitimately the majority of the USF fans sitting near ECU fans.

The usf fans I met before the game however were great
