WVU, who plays Texas every single year, and is in a conference with them, has signed all of ONE two-star recruit out of the state of Texas in the last two signing classes.
WVU recruits Florida heavy. They never been much into recruiting Texas. They decided to stick with their old recruiting grounds,

I personally have no desire to add WV. The school brings no image enhancement for the league. When everything you see means an image downgrade--academics, fan behavior, expansion idiots, couch burning, lawsuits--you need some compelling thing to override all that. 'We usually play football better than Connecticut' isn't the play.
True, but those expansion idiots set loose on the likes of the B1G might be glorious to behold.
