And ear muffs or other sound protection isn't compatible with multiple uses of fire arms, most importantly hunting.

Anyone wanting to suppress a firearm has always had that capability. Always. Adding, subtracting, changing any regulation or law in any way does not change that.

Especially for anyone with criminal intent.

The current regulations are nothing but an undue burden upon law abiding gun owners. If a criminal wants to use a suppressor they are going to use one regardless of the law.

They why don't they geniuses? Because you can't get them. Can you imagine if that Dallas parade shooter would have had a suppressor? Why don't you guys think? for once...............

Who knows why they don't but it isn't because they can't get them. I suspect mass shooters aren't trying to be sneaky, they want to terrorize. If the Dallas parade shooter wanted to use one, he would have.

Do a google search. They are simple to make. gts posted an oil filter one. I posted how easy it is to make one out of plastic bottles. Seriously, do a little checking. You will find it's extremely easy to suppress a gun if you want to.

And you can buy them. I had an ad in my mailbox yesterday from a farm supply store advertising them.
