RE: The Dangers of Fake News
Trump's victory continues to pay dividends. The complete, sniveling, snot-slinging meltdown of the left, both politicians and the so-called media, is just priceless.

Absolutely a valid concern. And obviously not easy to answer. But I don't agree with saying "if there's no easy answer, then we can't let the government do it".

What I can say is this: there's obviously true, there's obviously false, and then there's the gray area in the middle.

Fake news is obviously false. That's different than the middle area.

If someone hates gays because they're not straight, hates Mexicans because they're not Americans, and hates Muslims because they're not Christians, that someone is a bigot.

Regardless what a dictionary says about racism.

So you don't agree that censorship has been utilized in America for decades??

If these authors' revenue is entirely driven by Facebook ad revenue and Google ad revenue, it wouldn't be very difficult to turn those two spigots off.

Same. I disagree with TYT on pretty much everything, but it's good to see that they aren't so far down the "progressive" rabbit hole to not come to the defense of free speech.

RE: The Dangers of Fake News
You progressives, (see, I didn't use Libturds) don't realize that the MSM that was in Killarys pocket was the biggest proponent of fake news. Now that you've lost y'all are so keen on trying to squash the same thing you were throwing around. That chimp in a video of him throwing crap to zoo patrons reminds me of that. I have no pity on Killary as she was the one of the biggest user of fake news and now she's crying about it.

You lost Killary, don't try to remain relevant, it's over for you. See, they're even looking at Biden for the next go around, they're not even thinking of you. Try the Senate seat I hear New York still loves you.

In the 21st century it's called "fake news". In the rest of the history of mankind it would be called "lies".

Like Ferguson and "Hands up, Don't shoot" riots and looting?

Thank you.

And I'm not a Libertarian, so I don't know why you would call me a "Libturd".

If they want to press charges, be my guest.

All I can say is that inciting criminal activity is not and should not be protected.

Yea, they didn't press a single charge I'm aware of. They sent White House officials instead.

Maybe they should have. Maybe not.

Regardless, inciting criminal activity is not and should not be protected.
