Time "Man of the Year" lost all credibility when it limited the "Man of the 20th Century" to those that made "positive" impacts only. Since that was never a criteria for "Man of the Year" before there was no justification for that except they didn't want another picture of Hitler on their magazine.

Funny how they make Trump look so dark, sinister, and evil. But when they named Obama "Person of the Year" in 2008, they made him look warm, welcoming, hopeful, and kind.
