Every Liberal I know always wants the Government to pick up the tab for all of the problems in America that some Minority folks endure. It's only because They, Themselves (Liberals) don't want the burden of actually helping those folks out with Their own money or charity. It has a name. "Passing the Buck". Democrat politicians have made Their living using this very issue .
