Why does Obama hate Israeli. Why are progressives pro Palestine... and anti Israel? I don't understand. Serious question.

No doubt had Obama been a guard at Auschwitz he would have gleefully pulled the lever for the Zyklon-B.

It's beyond words how badly I feel for voting for Obama twice. Equally hurtful is the realization of just how bad the Bush's are.

I am truly sorry for my part in screwing up the world. Their behavior in this election and how Obama is choosing to leave office leaves me disgusted.

I'm Jewish and I agree with this. It can be depending on the nature of the criticism, but it's not necessarily so. I just think Obama and Netanyahu's personalities naturally clash, and the former has pretty set opinions on Israel that don't favor close relations with the US. Plus the fact that Trump has been so vocal in their support may have played a role in Obama wanting to jab a fork in his side.

While I don't necessarily disagree, such personal opinions should struggle to not design policy.

What is the difference between the Palestinians living conditions in Israel vs Apartheid in South Africa? Why isn't the debate ever framed that way? I can't believe more people don't see it in the viewpoint of basic fairness. Some Palestinians were remov d forceably from their homes. Don't thy have the right to be at least compensated. Are there universal human rights? Why should the US shield Israel if they are breaking international law with the building of settlements in disputed territory?

So, pretty much Israel existing at all constitutes violating International Law? How convenient. Since the beginning of time - the victors in war dictate the terms of the peace and generally how the vanquished live. Additionally, a substantial number of Palestinians participate in various ways to "drive the Jews into the sea".

Our foreign policy in that area needs to be what is best for us, but trying to force a two state system in that area is unacceptable to both sides and would allow neither side to prosper or be safe.

It's called collective punishment. Look it up. It's racist and against the Geneva Conventions.
