Many people don't know this but tradition has been, for a good long time, that the president takes suggestions from the senators in the area where a new lower court judge will be set.

I know Bush followed that precedent, I honestly don't know if Obama did.

This guy does pro bono work for .......refugees. That is all this is about. He knows his ruling is silly. He just wanted to get as many of these people into that country as he could. He is a joke and I hope his career is destroyed by this.

He is a lefty. Just saw on tv where he read off Black Lives matter statistics. A police officer could never get a fair trial in his court. Looks like he wants to be the story. Kinda like that joke of a lawyer who claims the EO is unconstitutional. He wants to be the story as well.

The ban is still pretty much in force anyway, because certain countries still wont allow these people on a flight that has to go through their country. They know that the moment that this judge is kicked in the nuts (or that Trump decides to simply ignore the judge) is the moment those people wind up stranded in their country, and they dont want to deal with it.

The State department have come out and reinstated visas which is a waiver for the Iranian family of the 4 month old baby to come to the country for the life saving open heart surgery. If Trump wins, and the ban be put in place? Than that family would not be turned back. They are allowed to be here for the surgery. I do think Trump may add something to the EO to avoid special cases like that in the 90 days.

It is no surprise that the 9th Circuit got it wrong. It is the most overturned appellate court in the nation. There’s a joke among California lawyers: if you lose your case in the 9th Circuit, you’re assured of winning it before the Supreme Court. Get the picture?
