RE: FBI investigation into Basketball corruption.
How comical do the parallels between U(sic)GA and Louisville have to be before I can use the names interchangeably? :-/

You say uconn is a dying program...what will Louisville be when it can't cheat at everything? Can't buy players in any sports going forward you have the FBI up your a$$ you won't be able to go to the bathroom without them watching you. So now your just a community college that can't buy it's players any more :( nice of you to join. Uconn as a dying program it's nice to see you again.

The only reason your a P5 is from cheating and the Reaper has come to collect your program. Your payment is due.

On this we can agree. It's grasping at straws to think this will cause any change in alignment. The GoR assures Louisville isn't going anywhere. If anything, worse case, they'd be forced to play all games on the road by the ACC to maintain value of TV contract.

I don't believe it will change anything with realignment but going forward Louisville basketball will be garbage and all your programs will be forced to play by rules it can't deal with.......obviously.......

I believe a lot of Nike schools are currently being watched, and that includes those 1 and done schools that are directing players to the NBA and wearing Nike shoes. This will be a blemish on the NCAA which has looked the other way for years.

Which means if the FBI says we need you make an example of a school we caught. The Ncaa will say how long do you want the death penalty to be? No questions asked ....they will do whatever they say

RE: FBI investigation into Basketball corruption.
Two questions:

1.) in Miami's lawsuit against the NCAA regarding recruiting and Shapiro were there any rulings regarding the NCAA relationship with the FBI?

2.) is there any reason to think this is a basketball only investigation? Seems like I'm hearing stuff about agent offices being raided.

Doesn't matter. If Louisville dies we'll add Cincy and never miss a beat.

Ok great, your opinion on realignment and a dollar bill won't even get me a cup of coffee. So thanks for nothing.

Cincy makes a lot of sense. Good at football and basketball.

You are either delusional or deliberately trolling if you think this is a Willy Wonka golden ticket for UCONN. Grant ... of .... rights.

Year to year results mean little. The fact that your state is losing population, and produces very little high school talent combined with the fact that what little football success UConn has had they have been unable to sustain even when playing I-AA ball in a conference you should have dominated by out resourcing your competition tells us that UConn has a low ceiling that they have probably already achieved.

Another day of Louisville doing what Louisville does.

They are in a deep pocket of mass cheating and corruption.

Seriously, now the FBI is after them? You have to be kidding me. The FBI is in college sports? Really? Have fun cards, your days are numbered for sheet like this.

Whore houses for teenagers weren't enough, you had to take it up a notch.

But nowhere near as small time as your football program, the real reason you were passed over.

I guess if I were a fan of a dying athletic program I'd be trolling message boards of conferences said program has zero shot of ever joining as well.

Cool story, Kraplony. The thing is, we only want to join you for the money. Most of our fans dislike most of your schools and the ACC has zero (make that less than zero) ethics. If we don't make the Big Ten cut in six years (which we likely won't - crappy football), I will take being stuck in the AAC. In the long shot that we make the Big Ten, at least that league has a moral compass. If we are still in the AAC (likely) at least the AAC board is fun (this board is WAAAAAAY too uptight and has fewer active members than the AAC board (and 15 to 20% of this league deserves the death penalty). Anyway, Kraplony, don't worry your pretty little head about your obsession that is known as UConn. Even if UConn men's hoop slips up a bit, it will always at least be solid (and the women should dominate for another 15 years).

Looks like the G5 for UConn!

LOL. Cool story bro. Yet here you are pimping your inferior program.
