Beyond embarrassing. If we are the worst school in Texas, then we need to dismantle the program. Im believing McCasland wont have us that bad this year though.

Western at 152 is being too kind.....

as of 10/25/2017 one week before Western plays their first exh vs Campbellsville and 2.5 weeks before the first game of the season.

Western has 7 scholarship players and 2 of those are out injured

Western has one player over 6'6
Western has one player that played on last years team

I would take 152 right now and move on to the conference tourney

Given our recent history, I can definitely understand UTSA being placed at 252, but I'm confident we'll finish higher in Coach Henson's 2nd season, hopefully at least in the top 200.

This same site also has the only bowl eligible team right now from CUSA going to the Bahamas Bowl, The only thing entertaining about CBS Sports is their Bottom 25 in college football.

They have Wichita State at #5. I like WSU and Gregg Marshall but no way are they a #5 team. I feel like after the first 10-15 teams he just started pulling names out of a hat.

I've been distracted by the dumpster fire that is MT football right now, but what has happened to all those recruits your coach was accumulating for this season? As Kermit has said, for CUSA basketball to get better we need wku to be good.

We're #313! Frankly, I did not think we would be that high. They judge 38 other D-I teams even worse than us, with all the turmoil around the program!

We have some good recruits but 2 of our best ones so far has not been declared ineligible to play..Diagne Syracuse transfer has questions on eligibility as well as Josh Anderson ranked 55th nationally still has eligibility questions with no time frame given by NCAA...Plus our Buffalo transfer PG Bearden has been out for 3 weeks with ankle injury, so its not been great off season for WKU basketball.... MIght be a miracle to win 15 games again this season....

Underestimating my Panthers again. Top 300 by end of season, book it!

I think Charlotte is better than this; but, if someone doesn't follow us closely, I can't find fault with the ranking. Also, I think it may be a case of team #150 vs. #225 isn't much of a distinction, so just pick an order.

Our big men are still a question mark. If we can get average to above-average play, I think we finish top 3 in the conference. If not, we are middle of the pack.
