RE: Hoops season predictions
I remember thinking that it was weird we never wore the gold in 2013. Funny to see that pop back up.

I wouldn't say I didn't care about the Dukes this year, because I did watch quite a few games. I liked their confidence with the ball, I liked that they fought until the end, but not once did I get upset about a loss, even some of those ludicrous ones. Until I see them winning on a regular basis and then lose to a rival or some team they should definitely beat, I'm tuning in just to see what we got. I have had no emotions involved for a very long time with our MBB.

This.

I still “care”, but the days of tuning in to watch the same show we’ve had now for 20 years has grown old.

I watched some games, parts of games, highlights on the website, whatever.

If something EVER changes, someone give me an elbow to wake me from my slumber.

As someone just mentioned above, indifference is worse than being disappointed in some ways.

I was continually disappointed during the Keener era, but watched damn near every game.

Now? Seems time better spent getting gas in the car or going to get bread and eggs...
